Data Deletion

How LocalLaunch stores your data
LocalLaunch is a session-based tool — we do not create user accounts or persistently store your personal data or Meta credentials. Your business information and Meta access tokens are used only during your active session and are not retained on our servers afterward.
Disconnect LocalLaunch from Meta
To revoke LocalLaunch's access to your Meta (Facebook) account and remove any associated permissions:
- Go to your Facebook App Settings
- Find LocalLaunch in the list of connected apps
- Click Remove to revoke all permissions
This immediately revokes our access token and prevents LocalLaunch from making any further API calls on your behalf.
Request data deletion
If you believe LocalLaunch holds any personal data about you and would like it deleted, send a deletion request to:
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include any identifiers (e.g. Meta Ad Account ID, business name, approximate date of use) to help us locate your data.
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
Meta Platform — data deletion callback
As required by Meta's Platform Terms, this page also serves as our data deletion callback endpoint. When Meta notifies us of a user data deletion request via the Data Deletion Callback, we process the request and delete any associated data within 30 days.
Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation code you can use to verify the deletion was processed. If you need to follow up on a deletion request, email us with your confirmation code at info@local-launch.io.
